The Assistant Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield plays a crucial role in supporting the Senior Assistant Property Manager and performing property administrator duties when necessary. The role also involves coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs, overseeing maintenance of work order and purchase order systems, and developing a comprehensive Tenant Service Package that includes tenant handbooks, newsletters, and events. The Assistant Property Manager will also be responsible for updating office procedures and ensuring that Certificates of Insurance for tenants and vendors are current. The position requires regular inspections of properties and participation in performance oversight of service contractors. The Assistant Property Manager will assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly financial reports, as well as lead initiatives to ensure tenant satisfaction and compliance with property management standards.
