As an Assistant Property Manager at CubeSmart Self Storage, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the property while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a blend of customer service skills and property maintenance responsibilities. You will be responsible for developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions, ensuring that every interaction delivers a WOW! or 5-Star service. Your role will involve face-to-face interactions with customers, where you will build rapport and meet monthly sales goals and metrics. In addition to customer service, you will perform regular property maintenance tasks. This includes walking the property to conduct lock checks, showing units to customers, and managing the leasing process. You will also be responsible for accepting payments using our Point-of-Sale System (POS), completing daily bank deposits, and making courtesy calls to customers regarding late payments. Physical requirements for this role include daily walks of the property, cleaning units, and maintaining the facility to ensure it meets company guidelines. This includes tasks such as mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the storage facility.
