About the position

Taylor Management is currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of property management for a large-scale community. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that the property operates smoothly and efficiently, while providing exceptional customer service to residents. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. The salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 annually, reflecting the importance of this role in maintaining the quality of our community and the satisfaction of our residents. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the property. This includes handling resident inquiries, managing maintenance requests, and overseeing vendor management. You will set up residents in Building Link and Latch, coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks, and assist the superintendent with work orders. Additionally, you will manage amenity reservations, including waivers and fees, compile personal trainer information, and set up moves with the appropriate documentation. Your organizational skills will be crucial in ordering supplies and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the property, including handling resident inquiries, maintenance requests, and vendor management.
  • Set up residents in Building Link and Latch.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Work with Building Link and assist superintendent for work orders.

  • Order supplies.
