Responsibilities

  • Conduct oneself in a professional manner as a company representative, demonstrating sound judgment and conduct.
  • Follow Fair Housing guidelines.
  • Resolve issues with residents, customers, vendors, and employees while representing the company.
  • Care for the needs of prospective and current residents using public relations and service skills.
  • Research, analyze, and make recommendations on problems that arise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is required.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Maintain a professional appearance following team dress code policy.
  • Must be flexible with work schedule; weekend hours may be assigned.
  • Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
