About the position

The Assistant Research Analyst at the Nevada Institute for Children's Research & Policy in the School of Public Health will coordinate and conduct research activities, collaborate with project partners, and assist with grant writing and project reporting. This role involves taking a leadership position on project tasks and contributing to the development of ideas for related grants and projects.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • At least one (1) year of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Ability to conduct social science and/or evaluation research under supervision.
  • Knowledge of research methods, data analysis, and human subjects protections.
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Good computer skills in word processing and data management, specifically with SPSS software.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
