About the position

The Assistant Residential Site Manager plays a crucial role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their quality of life and adherence to support plans. This position involves stepping in for the Site Manager when necessary and actively participating in the implementation of residential service plans.

Responsibilities

  • Assume the role of the Site Manager in their absence.
  • Provide support to individuals in the residence.
  • Ensure the implementation of all support plans related to quality of life as outlined in Individual Support Plans.
  • Attend all appropriate meetings, including assigned committees.
  • Ensure programming conforms to the goals and objectives outlined in the Residential Service Plans/Individual Service Plans.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Insured vehicle.
