About the position

The Assistant Residential Supervisor (ARS) plays a crucial role in overseeing the administrative operations of residential sites, ensuring the effective implementation of individualized programs for residents. This position involves direct management of caregivers and coordination of treatment goals, making it essential for maintaining a supportive and structured environment for residents in behavioral health settings.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and monitors resident programs and Individual Service Plans (ISPs).
• Coordinates activities relative to residents' treatment goals.
• Provides status updates to members of the client's team.
• In coordination with the psychiatrist, oversees the self-administration of psychotropic medications.
• Administers Crisis Intervention Techniques in emergencies.
• Supervises, trains, and supports the caregivers.

Requirements

• A combination of at least four (2) years education in human services and/or social services with 2 years experience in behavioral health, social services, etc.
• 4 years experience in a behavioral health setting with a high school diploma/GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
