About the position

The Assistant Restaurant Leader Trainee role at 7-Eleven is designed for individuals who enjoy working as part of a management team and have previous supervisory experience. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees alongside the Restaurant Leader.
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department Standards.
  • Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
  • Utilize P&L and store reports to drive change and improve operations.
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant setting.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Proficient computer knowledge, preferably in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred, or at least one year of Restaurant Management experience.

Nice-to-haves
