Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees alongside the Restaurant Leader.
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department Standards.
- Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
- Utilize P&L and store reports to drive change and improve operations.
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant setting.
- Ability to multi-task and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Proficient computer knowledge, preferably in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- High School diploma or GED preferred, or at least one year of Restaurant Management experience.
