About the position

The Assistant Restaurant Leader Trainee role at 7-Eleven is designed for individuals who are eager to develop their management skills within a restaurant environment. This position focuses on providing leadership and training to restaurant employees, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with company policies and health standards. The role offers full-time hours and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees alongside the Restaurant Leader.
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department Standards.
  • Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
  • Utilize P&L and store reports to drive operational improvements.
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and health standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred, or at least one year of Restaurant Management experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ability to multi-task and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
