This position involves training and developing staff, implementing sales strategies, and monitoring sales performance to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
• Train and develop sales clerks to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees
• Maintain inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement sales strategies
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist in organizing store displays and merchandising

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar role preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of inventory control practices
• Familiarity with training and development techniques
