About the position

Cintas is seeking an Assistant Route Service Sales Representative (RSSR) for a 4-day workweek. This role involves providing route service to a designated customer base by picking up and delivering uniforms and facility service products. The position requires physical activity, including lifting and carrying products, and driving a company vehicle to various customer locations. The majority of RSSRs work four days a week with no weekend shifts, supporting Cintas's commitment to employee work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide route service to a set customer base through the pick-up and delivery of uniforms and facility services products.
• Lift, carry, and walk clean products into and soiled products out of customer accounts.
• Drive a company-owned vehicle to and from numerous customer stops throughout the day.

Requirements

• Meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Possess a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification prior to the first day of employment.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• High School diploma, GED, or Military Service.
• Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Possess a positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
