About the position
The Assistant Sales Manager at Row House Santa Monica is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fitness studio, focusing on sales growth and exceptional customer experiences. This part-time role requires a passion for fitness and sales, along with prior experience in management and sales. The Assistant Manager will lead the coaching and front desk staff, manage schedules, and implement marketing strategies to enhance membership growth.
Responsibilities
- Grow the membership-based business
- Lead coaches and front desk staff to create incredible client experiences
- Manage day-to-day operations and staff schedules
- Organize and schedule members and equipment
- Ensure excellent customer experience every time
- Learn and effectively communicate the studio's message to prospective members
- Implement marketing strategies to grow the member community
- Promote and manage events
- Collaborate with the owner on events and marketing efforts
- Provide weekly reporting and KPIs to ensure targets are met
- Conduct ongoing community outreach to educate about the studio
- Develop internal culture
Requirements
- 1 year of sales experience (preferred)
- 1 year of management experience (preferred)
- Fluency in English (required)
- Work authorization in the United States (required)
