About the position

The Assistant Retail Store Manager at My Wireless is responsible for supporting the Retail Store Manager in leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales of AT&T products and services. This role involves coaching team members, maintaining store operations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities

• Assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading team members.
• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards.
• Execute and exceed sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner.
• Maintain location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Help customers make informed buying decisions through outstanding service.
• Train and develop skills to become a top Retail Store Manager.
• Maintain a fun, clean, and exciting work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to exceed goals.
• Participate in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities.

Requirements

• Management experience in a similar field, preferably in the Wireless Industry.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School diploma or equivalent.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual (preferred but not required depending on location).
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry (preferred).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (preferred).
