About the position

Meneses Law is seeking a Bilingual Assistant Sales Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in enhancing client interactions and driving sales for the firm's legal services. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage team performance effectively. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for converting sales, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and make them feel welcomed.
  • Convert sales for a wide range of legal services.
  • Document sales by updating customer records.
  • Stay up to date with sales trends for better service and achievement of sales goals.
  • Engage in difficult conversations with clients to encourage them to hire the firm for legal services.
  • Close sales and follow up through telephone and email.
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales and work with management to implement improvements.
  • Provide ongoing customer service by acting as the liaison between the client and Meneses Law team, including weekly/monthly follow-ups with clients after they retain services.
  • Document conversations and report to management with any client concerns.
  • Manage team data and conversion rates to improve team performance.
  • Analyze data collected from the sales team and report to the sales manager on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Hold the team accountable by supervising and understanding the sales process; report to the sales director and managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1 year of sales or customer service experience required.
  • Record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with technology and ability to learn software systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to type 45 WPM or more.
