About the position

The Membership Sales Representative at StretchLab is responsible for driving membership sales through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients. This role focuses on generating leads, conducting consultations, and promoting the benefits of stretching services to enhance client engagement and conversion rates.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and prospect potential members through various channels including networking events, outreach campaigns, and community partnerships.
  • Conduct consultations with individuals interested in our stretching services, understanding their goals and recommending suitable membership options.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of regular stretching and our membership packages to inspire potential members to join.
  • Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and close membership sales.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to maintain engagement and drive conversion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in sales and customer service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in a fitness or wellness-related industry.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential members.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of stretching techniques and their benefits is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
