• Assist in managing customer accounts and resolving any issues or concerns
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
• Assist in organizing sales events, promotions, and product launches
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of sales experience
• Strong knowledge of retail math, including calculations related to pricing, discounts, margins, and sales forecasting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Valid Driver's License
