Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store daily, weekly and monthly revenue goals while delivering outstanding customer service experience.
• Ensure all customers are satisfied and resolve their questions or issues.
• Support Sales Manager duties frequently acting as Manager on duty.
• Support training, coaching, and development of retail associates.
• Perform pre-testing as needed and analyze reports to ensure staff members achieve desired goals.
• Execute simple customer repairs and ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Communicate and execute company's standards and directives to staff.
• Keep track of delivery time commitments to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Retail management experience of at least one year in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience in a secondary leadership role or managing small sales teams.
• Demonstrated outstanding sales performance throughout retail career.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs.
• Effective communication skills with a diverse group of people.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, etc.
• Optical experience is a plus.
