About the position

As an Assistant Salon Manager at Great Clips, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the salon's operations and leading a team of stylists to achieve their best. This position is ideal for those who possess a winning attitude and a desire to foster a positive environment for both customers and team members. You will be part of Team Tillery, which encompasses 22 locations across Central Ohio, and you will have the opportunity to grow within a supportive management in-training program designed to promote you into the salon management team. Your responsibilities will include not only managing day-to-day operations but also motivating and encouraging your team to excel in their craft. Responsibilities

  • Support the salon's daily operations and assist in managing the team.
  • Foster a positive and motivating environment for stylists and customers.

  • Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction are maintained.

Requirements

  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province).
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
  • Top-notch technical skills in hair cutting and styling.
  • Flexibility and organizational skills to manage salon operations efficiently.
  • A driven attitude to achieve personal and team goals.
