Responsibilities

• Assist the School Director in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and state regulations.
• Supervise administrative staff, faculty, and students, maintaining a positive and productive school environment.
• Provide support in curriculum development, student services, and faculty management.
• Manage student recruitment, enrollment, and retention efforts, ensuring a seamless experience from application through graduation.
• Coordinate with faculty and staff to ensure adherence to school policies and objectives.
• Handle student concerns and act as a liaison between students and school administration.
• Prepare reports and assist with accreditation processes.
• Be available on-site at least two days per week for in-person collaboration and oversight.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, healthcare, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in education administration, preferably in a healthcare or vocational school setting.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of state regulations and accreditation standards for vocational programs.
• Ability to work in-office at least 2 days per week.
