About the position
The Assistant Septic and Drain Technician will support the driver of a septic tank pumping truck, engaging in various tasks related to commercial pumping and residential drain cleaning. This role is a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity, primarily focused on assisting with septic services and general labor duties.
Responsibilities
- Assist the driver of the septic tanker
- Perform commercial pumping
- Conduct residential drain cleaning
- Dig with a shovel as needed
- Carry out other landscaping duties
- Perform general labor tasks
- Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to lift 45+ lbs
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Comfortable dealing with customers in their home
- Basic math skills required
