About the position
The Assistant Server at Mozen is responsible for providing quality guest service by supporting the server team, bussing tables, serving drinks, and ensuring a well-stocked workstation. This part-time role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greets and seats guests, takes food and beverage orders.
- Demonstrates responsible alcohol service in accordance with TIPS training.
- Ensures workstation area remains well-stocked.
- Serves drinks and meals, and buses tables.
- Assists Server in taking food and beverage orders.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience in guest service and food knowledge preferred.
- Excellent verbal skills.
- Ability to tactfully and diplomatically deal with staff.
- High regard for guest service.
