About the position

Chase Center is looking for an Assistant to deliver social-first content, cover events live, and assist with programming the feeds. Events include Warriors home games, concerts, Thrive City plaza events, and others. In this role, you will have the opportunity to curate content that will reach fans around the world! This position reports to the Senior Manager, Social Media. This is an excellent opportunity to share your expertise while learning more about this growing sports and entertainment organization that values your initiative and dedication! This is a part-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with content creation and publishing for Chase Center social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube
  • Work with Social Media team to deliver social media strategy
  • Curate content pitches around all Chase Center and Thrive City events, as well as key brand pillars
  • Assist with organization of social assets within Google Drive
  • Tag social content within analytics software; collaborate with Senior Manager on reporting metrics
  • Attend events across Chase Center and Thrive City to capture and post content in-real-time
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in digital or social media
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and strategies to optimize engagement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premier
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, attention to detail, and copywriting skills
  • Ability to adapt communication to a wide range of audiences

Benefits

  • Compensation of $23.00 per hour
