About the position

The Assistant Studio Manager at Elements Massage® is responsible for overseeing daily sales and operations in a busy Massage Therapy and Skincare studio. This role focuses on team management, ensuring a positive client experience, and driving business results through effective leadership and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily sales and operations of the studio.
  • Manage team development and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Implement structure, policies, and procedures for smooth operations.
  • Develop creative strategies to drive sales and reduce expenses.
  • Train and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in team management with a focus on sales and client experience.
  • Proven track record of developing strategies to drive business results.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to organize and lead a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to set expectations and delegate tasks.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in communication.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Experience with MindBody Software and Spa Management.
