About the position

The Toro Company is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President of ISC. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating projects, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling confidential information while contributing to the overall efficiency of the ISC team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support for the VP, ISC including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
  • Manage projects and events as assigned, conducting research and supporting initiatives across the ISC suite.
  • Prepare and proofread information including correspondence, PowerPoint slides, and spreadsheets to ensure a professional appearance.
  • Compile data from various resources, analyze it, and prepare monthly, annual, and ad hoc reports and dashboards.
  • Develop and implement systems for managing information, projects, and communications for timely responses.
  • Recommend process improvements and develop procedures for better efficiency.
  • Schedule and coordinate preparation activities for the ISC throughout the year.
  • Interact professionally with employees, board members, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Manage and submit expense reports.
  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to identify and establish best practices.
  • Provide training to others when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience required.
  • A minimum of 4+ years of administrative support experience with increasing scope and responsibility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and ability to learn internal systems.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write reports and speak effectively before groups.
  • Demonstrated confidence and presence in interactions with executive leadership and board members.
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize a diverse workload under pressure.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in project management or event coordination.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
