About the position

The Assistant Store Manager at AmbyS INC will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager to enhance sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency at the Metro by T-Mobile retail store in Bellevue. This position involves leading a team, managing store operations, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
• Drive sales growth and customer acquisition
• Lead by example, coaching sales representatives to meet performance targets
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and resolve issues promptly
• Manage inventory, maintain store appearance, and adhere to company standards
• Recruit, train, and develop sales team members
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance

Requirements

• 2+ years retail management experience (wireless industry preferred)
• Proven sales and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
