About The Position
The Baltimore County State's Attorney's Office is seeking highly motivated and skilled attorneys to join our Circuit Court Trial Team. This position will prosecute felony-level cases. The ideal candidates will possess substantial trial experience (3 to 5 years) as well as experience handling complex legal matters. The starting salary will be based on experience. Our Office handles over 3,000 felony cases a year. Each Assistant State's Attorney will be responsible for their own case load as well as handling collateral matters.
