Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees alongside the Store Leader.
• Maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants and developing leaders.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash transactions and promote the loyalty program.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure all products are available.

Requirements

• Ability to oversee customer service and provide leadership training.
• Demonstrated strength in maintaining high employee retention.
• Competency in cash handling and fuel transactions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred, or at least one year of Retail Management experience.
• Valid Driver's License and automotive liability insurance.
