Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in supervising all store operations.
  • Lead, coach, and reinforce the company's culture and performance expectations to store employees.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing training for team members.
  • Maintain adequate staffing levels by submitting requisitions and interviewing candidates.
  • Finalize and approve weekly work schedules for employees.
  • Write and conduct performance reviews for department team members.
  • Document violations of company policies and conduct corrective actions as necessary.
  • Build relationships with team members and coach them on performance.
  • Inspire and persuade team members to achieve goals and adopt new positions.
  • Process customer purchases accurately and courteously.
  • Maintain product inventory and report accurate fuel inventory readings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding age-restricted products.
  • Prepare daily reports and money deposits accurately and timely.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in store management.
  • 2 years of experience in a convenience store (preferred).
