About the position

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a financial service center, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. This role involves loan processing, cash handling, and fostering a positive work environment to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall operation of the Branch Office including all phases of lending and collecting.
• Provide customer service and support to clients.
• Develop and supervise office staff to ensure effective performance.
• Solicit for new or renewed customer business.
• Process loans and manage loan servicing and collections.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal lending regulations and company policies.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and security.
• Evaluate store financial statements and drive profitability through communication and goal setting.
• Ensure prompt completion of applications and minimize delinquency through servicing and collection activities.
• Report branch figures to corporate.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience required.
• Minimum of 4 years management experience.
• High school diploma or GED; some college credits preferred.
• Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle.
• Ability to pass a background and credit check.
• Basic computer skills and advanced proficiency in MS Office.
