Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
Supervise and train store clerks and other staff members to ensure efficient operations.
Handle cash register operations, including processing transactions and managing cash flow.
Participate in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering stock to maintain optimal supply.
Implement budgeting strategies to control expenses and maximize profitability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and health regulations.
