About the position

As an Assistant Manager at Kum & Go, you will learn every aspect of store operations while leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Lead by example by fulfilling and overseeing all tasks and duties required of both Lead and Store members.
• Assist with the training, mentoring, and supervision of all Team members.
• Support the inspection of facilities and equipment to ensure safety and maintenance.
• Complete general reporting and bookkeeping responsibilities.

Requirements

• 1 year+ of supervisory experience (preferred).
• Must be 21+ in order to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with team members and customers effectively.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under high-pressure situations while delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize, analyze, and create effective solutions.
