About the position

The Assistant Store Manager at Maverik plays a crucial role in leading the store team, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities

• Lead by example by fulfilling and overseeing all tasks and duties required of both Lead and Store members.
• Assist with the training, mentoring, and supervision of all Team members.
• Support the inspection of the facilities and equipment to ensure safety.
• Complete general reporting and bookkeeping responsibilities.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with team members and customers effectively.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under high-pressure situations while delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize and analyze issues and create effective solutions.
• 1 year or more of supervisory experience (preferred).
• Must be 21 years or older to apply.
