About The Position
Join the NIKE Team as an Assistant Store Manager, where you will be referred to as an Assistant Head Coach. As a Nike Assistant Store Manager, you’re the face of NIKE, working in a high-volume and fast-paced environment. Your diverse experience and perspective will help guide customers in making the best decisions for them. You will focus on customer service and ensure your team implements our Service Principles while representing our global culture of sport, the NIKE brand, and your community. You will lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver the best experience for customers while ensuring team members feel included and supported. You will also drive store growth strategies and create opportunities to build upon community partnerships.
