About the position

As an Assistant Store Manager at HEYDUDE, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance. This position involves overseeing daily operations, managing store procedures, and leading a team to achieve sales targets while fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the V.I.B.E.S. service model.
• Establish and nurture relationships with consumers, team members, and the community.
• Lead the store team in meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including sales and consumer service.
• Coordinate, delegate, prioritize, and meet store deadlines and follow up on daily activities.
• Contribute to creating an enjoyable team environment that encourages sharing of suggestions, ideas, and concerns.
• Learn and assist in various departments within the store, including consumer service and product knowledge.
• Support team members in the daily execution of retail operations, including POS system management and stock replenishment.
• Adhere to HEYDUDE Asset Protection policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 - 3 years of total retail experience, preferably in store leadership roles.
• Proven leadership skills with a drive to challenge and empower team results.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexibility in work schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
