About the position

The Retail Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in managing a retail store, focusing on overseeing sales, human resources, merchandise, and operations. This role emphasizes training and developing a high-performing sales team while ensuring a customer-centric culture and driving sales through effective workforce management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a customer-centric culture focusing on understanding the customer's perspective.
• Promote a positive and solution-oriented attitude among the team.
• Drive sales through workforce management, training, and a focus on customer experience.
• Oversee business functions including sales, marketing, communication, merchandise, and operations.
• Communicate effectively with staff and leadership to ensure smooth operations.

• Support loss prevention programs and ensure adherence to cash management policies.

Requirements
