• Maintain a personal sales goal and lead by example, typically contributing to 20% of the store's sales.
• Observe and assist sales associates to enhance their performance and connection with customers.
• Coach team members on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates and units per transaction.
• Ensure team members utilize all selling tools effectively during the selling process.
• Develop team effectiveness in wardrobing and styling clients.
• Deliver new hire and product knowledge training for all new team members.
• Utilize problem-solving techniques to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in visual merchandising according to established brand guidelines.

Requirements

• 2+ years of prior supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Prior exposure to a clienteling-based service model is preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to foster teamwork and trust within the team.
• Solid problem-solving skills.
• Possession of potential client resources.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving sales goals.
