About the position
The Assistant Store Manager at Spencer's is responsible for enhancing guest services and supporting the Store Manager in the overall operations of the store. This role focuses on maximizing sales and profitability through staff development, expense control, shrinkage management, and effective merchandising and inventory control, all while adhering to company policies and procedures.
