The primary purpose of the Assistant Store Manager is to support the management and duties of store operations to meet financial and sales goals. This role involves building associate and customer relations and promoting a strong culture in support of Food Lion Strategy. The Assistant Store Manager will maintain solid communications with the management team, all associates in the store, and throughout the organization, ensuring that conditions involving security, safety, and food safety are consistently maintained at the highest levels.
