About the position

The Assistant Store Manager at Tory Burch plays a critical leadership role, partnering with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to create a productive environment that enhances customer experience and supports employee growth. This position is responsible for developing staff selling and service skills, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the store meets its sales targets while maintaining high standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in a management role.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as carrying, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
