The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager team in creating the Rally House Retail Party Customer Experience. They lead in areas of customer service, visual presentation standards, receiving and inventory, payroll and operation expenses to achieve store goals. They coach and develop team members on Rally House party culture and provide Team Sales Leads, Receiving and Inventory Specialist and Sales Associates daily direction and follow-up. This position oversees keeping the store staff on task to complete daily projects. The Assistant Store Manager leads interaction with guests while managing the productivity of the team. This position maintains an enthusiastic attitude, is detail-oriented, and is a sports fan. This position is for individuals who have aspirations to transition to manager positions in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in creating the Rally House Retail Party Customer Experience.
  • Lead in areas of customer service, visual presentation standards, receiving and inventory, payroll, and operation expenses to achieve store goals.
  • Coach and develop team members on Rally House party culture.
  • Provide daily direction and follow-up to Team Sales Leads, Receiving and Inventory Specialist, and Sales Associates.
  • Oversee keeping the store staff on task to complete daily projects.
  • Lead interaction with guests while managing the productivity of the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in clothing retail.
  • Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or team lead position coaching others.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Sports enthusiast preferred.
  • Ability to lead others and communicate clearly and confidently.
  • Detail-oriented with an enthusiastic attitude.
  • Functional skills required to make basic use of digital devices and online applications.
  • Growth mindset and outgoing personality.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and merchandising strategies.
