About the position

The Assistant Store Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, partnering with the store manager to ensure exceptional customer experiences and meet sales objectives. This position involves managing and developing a team, assisting with merchandising, and leveraging retail knowledge to drive performance and service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations in partnership with the store manager.
  • Assist with merchandising and product launches.
  • Help meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants.
  • Ensure customers receive extraordinary service with products and services.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
  • Prior management experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
