About the position

The Assistant Store Manager (Assistant Team Leader) plays a crucial leadership role in enhancing guest experience, managing boutique operations, and supporting the Boutique Team Leader. This position emphasizes creating an engaging environment for both guests and team members while driving sales and maintaining visual presentation standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a selling culture focused on guest engagement.
  • Drive sales results by analyzing business metrics and coaching the team.
  • Plan, delegate, and follow up on tasks while prioritizing guest experience.
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing a diverse team.
  • Build professional relationships with team members to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Support and enforce company policies and procedures consistently.
  • Maintain a visually inspiring boutique that aligns with brand standards.
  • Proactively solve problems and create innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience in a specialty retail store.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales results.
  • Strong planning and execution skills for tasks and responsibilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
