About the position
As an Assistant Store Manager for a 7-Eleven franchisee, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining an exceptional store experience for guests. This position involves overseeing various operational aspects of the store, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service, all while ensuring the franchisee's business objectives are met.
Responsibilities
- Ensure sufficient staffing levels to meet the needs of your franchisee's guests
- Recruit, train and develop staff
- Develop strong vendor relations
- Maintain a clean, properly stocked and merchandised store
- Promote 7-Eleven to your guests and community
- Maximize sales and profits
- Identify and resolve sales obstacles
- Manage and maintain proper inventory levels and controls
Requirements
- Retail/Food Service experience is a plus
- Highly motivated with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
