This position supports the Senior Store Manager in achieving sales goals, coaching associates, and ensuring effective in-store merchandising across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by providing expert sleep advice.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs and support a seamless omni-channel experience.
• Resolve customer-related issues and escalate when necessary.
• Assist the Senior Store Manager in driving company initiatives and achieving sales performance goals.
• Coach associates on selling practices and improve their customer service skills.
• Ensure proper execution of in-store merchandising and marketing standards.
• Follow procedures for product transfers and maintain accurate inventory documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Familiarity with merchandising and marketing standards.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Experience in the mattress or home goods industry.
