About The Position

As an Assistant Studio Fitness Manager at Basecamp Fitness, you will play a crucial role in leading a dynamic team to enhance the lives of our members. This position involves managing daily operations of a fast-paced fitness studio, developing staff, driving business profitability, coaching fitness classes, and fostering relationships with members to ensure their satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Help achieve studio performance metrics (KPIs) and P&L targets, delivering top line revenue and net profit.
• Manage controllable expense budgets of P&L including payroll, repair & maintenance, supplies, inventory.
• Oversee daily operations of a fast-paced fitness studio.
• Lead and coordinate initial and ongoing sales drivers (pre-sale events, studio events, marketing, outreach).
• Manage client and staff concerns.
• Evaluate and consistently improve overall staff and studio performance.
• Cultivate an energetic and welcoming environment for clients and staff by leading by example.
• Support Basecamp's referral program by inviting community members to bring friends, families, and coworkers.
• Participate in new member outreach activities and field marketing events.
• Coach high level, experience-driven group fitness classes.
