About the position
The Assistant Superintendent will oversee multifamily and stick frame construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in managing job sites, particularly in the multifamily sector, with a focus on delivering high-value projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise multifamily and stick frame construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to throughout the construction process.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage site development punch out work and ensure all aspects of the project meet quality standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a job site superintendent on multifamily/stick frame projects.
- Proven track record of delivering several multifamily/stick frame projects valued between $20-100M.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Procore project management software.
- Oversight experience of site development punch out work.
