About the position

The Assistant Task Order Manager (ATOM) plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of a program by addressing complex challenges throughout the program lifecycle. This position requires a dedicated individual who can identify risks, support a team, and maintain effective communication with clients. The ATOM is responsible for developing and implementing training programs aligned with client objectives, managing training resources, and ensuring personnel are prepared for their roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the full-time on-site Task Order representative dedicated to the Task Order Manager.
• Develop and implement training programs that align with mission objectives outlined by the client.
• Coordinate with the team and client to schedule training sessions and manage training resources.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and inform the client of any changes or conflicts with requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with military training and training support operations.
• 3+ years of experience with operations management.
• 2+ years of experience managing corporate projects or programs of similar size, scope, and complexity.
• 2+ years of experience with military simulations.
• Experience as a former Battalion commander.
• Experience with the Army Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) and MTC operations.
• Secret clearance.
• Master's degree.
