About the position

Welcome! Are you ready to take the next step in your career journey? You've landed in the right spot! If teaching children ignites your passion, then you're in for an exciting opportunity. We're on the lookout for dedicated educators who share our love for teaching. Currently, we're seeking Assistant Teachers to join one of our locations in Eden Prairie! We are focusing on nurturing infants, toddlers, preschoolers & Pre-K! We are also offering a hiring bonus for Lead qualified candidates! What We Offer: Comprehensive paid training to help you excel. Flexible options for bringing your own children to work, with heavily discounted childcare and competitive wages. Ever heard the phrase "It's like herding cats"? Well, teaching children is way more rewarding! But, it comes with its own set of delightful challenges: Embrace the joy of receiving simultaneous hugs from every child in the class (while soothing the one who missed being first). Dive into the world of hilariously nonsensical children's stories, told on repeat, amidst attempts to snatch or nibble the book. Master the art of multitasking: singing songs, tidying up toys, serving snacks, and guiding little hands away from the walls and onto paper. At Yellow Brick Road Early Childhood Development Center, we uphold the professionalism of our teachers by: Offering competitive salaries that recognize your expertise. Providing creative autonomy within your classroom. Celebrating our teachers as the cornerstone of #TeamYBR. Join us in making a difference in the lives of young learners while growing professionally in a supportive environment. Apply today to embark on an enriching career journey with us!
