Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum.

• Monitor children's progress and development.

Requirements

• Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to work during the hours of operation Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 6 PM, based on business needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of various stages of social, emotional, and intellectual development.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, jump, dance, walk, run, reach, carry, and lift 50 lbs.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners.
