Responsibilities

  • Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child.
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to play and learn.
  • Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
  • Support the center's success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and community contacts.

Requirements

  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
  • Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency and lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
  • Able to engage in physical activity with children and assume postures to maintain visual contact with them.
  • Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate effectively with children and parents.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in early childhood education or child care settings.
  • Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
